Undertake a wide range of HR tasks, liaison with managers and employees and our PEO (outsourced HR admin) regarding leaves, benefits and other HR issues. Provide strategic input on employee benefits and in crafting HR policies working with our PEO, such as remote worker set ups, employee objectives and performance feedback, employee recognition and communication, onboarding, and diversity, equity and inclusion initiatives. Assist in administration (using the HRIS) of annual compensation reviews. You will use Human Resources Information Systems (HRIS) to ensure all employee records are up-to-date and confidential and to provide key analytics for the organization regarding human resources.
The goal is to ensure the HR department’s operations will be running smoothly and effectively to deliver maximum value to the organization as a whole.
