OVERVIEW OF THE AP SUPERVISOR ROLE:
- AP Supervisor supports the Accounts Payable Clerks by resolving vendor payment queries
- Handle assigned vendors, including 2-way and 3-way invoice matching
- Coordinate with the purchasing department to gather any missed information
- AP Supervisor communicates with vendors for general business and for issue resolution
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS FOR AP SUPERVISOR ROLE:
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance or experience equivalent
- 5 years' experience in an Accounts Payable role with a company sized $200M
- Intermediate Excel skills including pivot tables and v-lookups
- 1 year(s) of supervisory experience
