Accounts Payable/Receivables Clerk

ABOUT THE COMPANYOur client is a leading marketing organization and they are looking to add an Accounts Payable/Receivables Clerk to their growing team. RESPONSIBILITIES OF THE ACCOUNTS PAYABLE/RECEIVABLES CLERK ROLE:

• The Accounts Payable/Receivables Clerk will check and approve all vouchers for payment.
• Prepare invoice deduction notices, review coded invoices as necessary
• Print all accounts payable reports and maintain all accounts payable files.
• Prepare analysis of accounts, as required.
• Assist with accounts receivable and special projects, as necessary.

PREFERRED EXPERIENCE FOR THE ACCOUNTS PAYABLE/RECEIVABLES CLERK ROLE:

• Accounts Payable
• Accounts Receivables
• Attention to detail
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• At least 6 months of relevant experience
• Solid computer skills
