Essential Job Functions

• Recruitment of all open positions in the Company to include sourcing, screening, setting up interviews and negotiating salaries
• Interviewing candidates to build Talent Pipeline
• Weekly reporting and metrics
• Recruiting through various forms of social media, internet searches, key word sourcing, etc.
• Posting to and monitoring external sites to develop a wider talent pool
• Other duties as assigned.

Education & Experience

• A Bachelor's degree preferred
• 2 years' experience in Recruitment and working in a fast-paced office environment
• Experience with HRIS/HRMS and Applicant Tracking systems
• UKG, UltiPro, Kronos a plus

Physical Requirements

• Typically, an office environment with adequate lighting and ventilation, and a normal
  range of temperature and noise level.
• Minimal physical effort required. Work is mostly sedentary but does require walking,
  standing, bending, reaching, lifting, or carrying objects that typically with less than 10 lbs.
  (e.g., papers, books, files and small parts, etc.).
• Moderate dexterity of hands and fingers - regular application of basic skills (calculator,
  keyboard, hand tools, eye/hand coordination.
• Ability to deal with high pressure situations, deadlines, and moderate work stress.
• Job requires the ability to use vision, adjust focus and work on a standard computer
  screen.
• Job may require extended sitting or standing, use of standard office equipment.
• Job will require presence on-site at the assigned work location.
