Job Summary:
As a Regional Manager, you will play a pivotal role in overseeing and optimizing the operations of multiple offices within a designated region. Your primary responsibility is to ensure the efficient and effective functioning of each office under your purview, while maintaining a strong focus on delivering exceptional patient care, operational excellence, and financial success.
Key Responsibilities:
Operational Oversight:
Implement and enforce standardized operational procedures across all offices. Monitor and evaluate daily operations to ensure compliance with industry regulations and company policies. Identify and address operational challenges, providing timely solutions to improve efficiency.
Financial Management:
Develop and manage budgets for each office in the region. Monitor financial performance, identify trends, and implement strategies to achieve revenue and profitability goals. Collaborate with individual practice managers to optimize financial processes, including billing, collections, and expense management.
Staff Leadership and Development:
Provide leadership, guidance, and support to practice managers and staff within the region. Conduct regular performance evaluations and implement training programs to enhance team skills. Foster a positive and collaborative work environment, encouraging teamwork and professional growth.
Quality Assurance and Compliance:
Ensure adherence to industry regulations, ethical standards, and company policies. Implement quality assurance programs to maintain high standards of patient care and satisfaction. Conduct regular audits and assessments to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.
Marketing and Business Development:
Collaborate with marketing teams to develop and implement regional marketing strategies. Identify opportunities for business growth and expansion within the region. Build and maintain positive relationships with key stakeholders, including dentists, referral sources, and community partners.
