**This position includes four multifamily assets (~1,000 units) in Richmond, VA, and requires RPM to travel to each location as needed on a weekly basis. Candidate will work remotely out of the corporate office located in downtown Richmond, and report directly to the owner. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of turning around underperforming assets and successfully leasing up properties with 100 units.**
