POSITION OVERVIEW: REGIONAL SALES MANAGER (NORTHEAST / MID-ATLANTIC)
The Regional Sales Manager (RSM) is responsible for managing and executing growth strategies to increase market penetration of the company’s products within the Northeast and Mid-Atlantic Regions (U.S.). This is a high-visibility role, reporting directly to the Global Director of Sales at Amphenol RF. We're seeking a dynamic, energetic, and persuasive individual with a 'Hunter' mindset to primarily focus on territorial growth and business development, as well as introducing new product lines and options to existing customers. Our ideal candidate will have sales experience in a manufacturing environment and has worked closely with distributors and manufacturers' reps on a regular basis.
