Job Overview:
We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to join our team. As a Project Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing various projects from initiation to completion. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure successful project delivery and meet organizational goals.
Duties:
- Develop and implement project plans, including defining project scope, goals, and deliverables
- Coordinate and lead project teams, assigning tasks and ensuring timely completion
- Monitor project progress and track key milestones, ensuring adherence to timelines and budgets
- Conduct regular project status meetings and provide updates to stakeholders
- Identify and mitigate project risks, proactively addressing any issues that may arise
- Collaborate with internal teams to define project requirements and gather necessary resources
- Ensure effective communication and collaboration among team members throughout the project lifecycle
- Utilize project management tools such as Trello, SharePoint, and ServiceNow to track progress and facilitate team collaboration
- Apply project management methodologies such as PMBOK and Agile to drive successful project outcomes
- Use business process modeling techniques to analyze current processes and identify areas for improvement
- Implement Lean Six Sigma principles to optimize project efficiency
Skills:
- Proven experience as a Project Manager, with a track record of successfully delivering projects on time and within budget
- Strong knowledge of project management methodologies, including PMBOK and Agile
- Proficiency in using project management tools such as Trello, SharePoint, and ServiceNow
- Excellent time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
- Familiarity with business process modeling techniques for process improvement initiatives
- Strong analytical skills, with the ability to identify risks and develop contingency plans
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams
- Experience working with Workday or similar HRIS systems is a plus
