Job Description
This is an in person position located in Orlando, Florida. Remote wok is not approved for this role. Relocation is not provided.
General duties would include:
- Tracking open orders/projects in your region and updating customers
- Planning out and scheduling major projects, and following up on them making sure materials arrive and the project is on schedule
- Entering the orders for the major projects and having full ownership of the job from start to finish
- Spec/plan reading and interpretation to make sure we are building to specs and using the correct linings, coatings, etc..
- Reviewing plans to assist with any specialty applications as well as looking at jobs to determine any type of value engineering we can offer
- Coordinating manufacturing and shipping of projects across multiple locations and multiple segments of our business
- Some financial management to ensure we are delivering on projects as cost effective as possible
Skills & Other Requirements
High School Diploma required. 5 or more years of project management experience preferred.
Prefer a background in the waterworks industry
Prior experience managing large projects ($1mm in value or more)
Proficiency in using scheduling tools to effectively manage work
Detail oriented is a must as well
PMP certification highly desired
