We are looking for hardworking and motivated individuals who are willing to dedicate their skills to the overall success of the Team. Responsibilities:
- Plan and execute projects, ensuring they are completed within scope, budget, and timeline
- Develop detailed project schedules
- Coordinate project resources, including team members and vendors
- Monitor project progress/productions and provide regular status updates
- Identify and manage project risks and issues
- Resolve conflicts and facilitate effective communication among project team members, vendors and clients
Requirements:
- FDOT Experience
- Proven experience as a Project Manager or similar role
- Strong knowledge of project management principles and methodologies
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Bachelor's degree in a related field is preferred
