We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Executive Assistant. The Executive Assistant relieves the Executive Officer of administrative functions in order to increase the time available for executive level responsibilities. Ideal candidates will thrive in a fast paced, entrepreneurial environment and can handle a wide variety of complex and confidential situations. Strong organizational skills will provide the platform for managing multiple tasks, prioritizing work, meeting deadlines, and following up. THIS IS A HYBRID position with most work being completed in a remote residential professional setting with the flexibility of meeting in the Tampa office as requested. Applicants must reside in the Tampa Bay area.
