As Corporate Account Manager, you will be responsible for working with corporate catering clients to understand service needs, determine pricing, organize logistical details and communicate those details to the Service Manager. You will work with the culinary team and clients to have menus approved.
Specifically, the Corporate Account Manager is responsible for performing the following tasks to the highest standards:
Respond quickly to client requests and inquiries in a friendly and professional manner. Follows up to ensure guest satisfaction.
Assist the client in menu planning based on parameters established by the Executive Chef and needs of the client.
Understand, engage in and communicate pre-planning logistics including client walkthroughs of their office, timelines of service, and billing accuracy.
Work with Service Manager to ensure locations are staffed properly and to relay and comments from the client regarding service standards.
Oversees the production of invoices for clients, whether on a weekly or monthly basis, and ensures their accuracy. Works with the accountants to ensure that these invoices are being paid within the terms established in the contract, and reaching out to the client if there is delay.
Additional Job Details:
Anticipate & Communicate potential conflicts with menus, special holidays or requests from clients, etc.
Work with operational teams to ensure that the service standards are upheld to the client’s satisfaction.
Work with Events Coordinators for special events such as holiday parties and happy hours.
Communicate various needs with the Service Manager including:
Producing proper signage and menus outlining allergens, dietary needs, etc.
Any layout or service needs as they pertain to the staffing at the location.
Provide exceptional customer service to every client
Maintain relationships with clients to ensure that their needs are being exceeded.
General :
Follows company policies and procedures

Maintains good working relationships with all managers, sales team, and all other staff to include culinary teams, office, operations, and service staff under the Conceptually Social umbrella.
Lead by professional example at all times and promote a respectful, team-minded work environment. Provides a professional image at all times through appearance and dress.
Represent the company to clients in a positive manner at all times.
