This key role is responsible for managing the existing accounts and building new relationships through attending networking events and building relationships with Property Managers, Building Owners and Business Owners. This role will also require attendance at local association, community and industry events.

If you have a strong sales background, are outgoing and not afraid of heights, then we should talk! Commercial Roofing knowledge is preferred.

What you Bring:

·Minimum 2 years outside B2B sales experience with 1 year of local account salesexperience, preferably in the Commercial Roofing Industry, with knowledge on Service (repairs and maintenance division)

·Ability to demonstrate a consistent history of attaining formal annual, quarterly and monthly revenue

·plans.

·Demonstrated success in selling a blend of medium to large accounts
