Conceptually Social Catering offers dynamic menus and event experiences customized to client’s event needs. We are the premier event coordinator and caterer in the Downtown Phoenix Area. We produce multiple types of cuisine and have a teacher first philosophy for employees so we can continue to promote from within.

- 19 years or older
- Food handling card or certification through approved organization
- Able to lift and move 50 pounds
- Able to sustain working long hours on your feet
- Should have reliable transportation to get to scheduled shifts on time
- Ability to multi-task
- 1 year experience in a high volume or catering kitchen environment
- Experience with basic prep and recipe execution
- Can follow directives and instructions, on the spot, during busy times
- Basic knowledge of common weights and recipe measurements
- Ability to multi task the production of items on a prep list
- Must have basic kitchen knife skills
- Typically Monday-Friday AM shifts with occasional nights and weekends

MAIN DUTIES:

- Execute prep items and recipes according to directions and specs
- Apply safe Food Handling and Sanitation practices when preparing, handling or storing consumable items
- Clean and maintain an organized prep area
- Assist with dishes when a dishwasher is not on shift or needs help during high volume times
- Maintains a working environment that is set up for success, by properly setting up and breaking down kitchen and dish areas, keeping up with basic prep pars properly , completing daily side work & cleaning duties, and keeping cooking areas organized throughout service
- Help put orders away
- Prep items on prep list or other items as directed by chefs and lead cooks

Pay dependent on experience.
