What's the role:

Come and Meet the Head of Sales for an overview of the team and insight into how we sell.

Already a well established field service software provider in the UK, back in 2019 Commusoft expanded into the US market as well. With an office based in Chicago, IL and a growing team in the UK, we have successfully sold to a growing number of residential and commercial service providers in the US.

In 2024 we have ambitious targets to reach even more companies and hence, are now looking for new SDR’s to join our sales team in Chicago and focus purely on the US market - a team that is brand new here at Commusoft, Chicago.

This is an exciting opportunity to help pave the way for Commusoft in America and expand into one of the biggest markets in the world.

What you'll do:

  • You’ll be responsible for cold calling, lead generation and general outbound activity across different territories in the US in order to generate sales pipeline.
  • You’ll be responsible for managing all US inbound leads that are generated by our Marketing team.

Your skills, experience and values:

  • You have at least 1 years experience working EITHER in a SaaS or Software company OR a sales role within the trades sector
  • You have live in Chicago
  • You can relate and communicate well with others, on email and over the phone
  • You have a strong work ethic and are proactive enough to maintain a busy workload
  • You are inquisitive and eager to learn. You value your professional and personal growth
  • You are highly organised with a passion for new and exciting technology
  • You believe in your selling ability and you can handle objections over the phone and in-person well
  • You are technically savvy and inquisitive: our product is evolving. We are looking for someone who is keen to learn, use and understand all the product’s features so that our customers can get the best from our software

Salary & Benefits

The base salary is $50-55,000 and monthly sales commission is completely uncapped!

Gym membership contribution - Healthcare, Dental, and Vision insurance - 20 days of PTO 11 national holidays - 5 paid sick days - Simple IRA (equivalent to a 401K) - Snacks in the office - Social events - Focus on continuous training and access to conferences.

And you’d probably like to know that we have a hybrid working model (10 days a month in the office minimum) but it is an open door so feel free to come in more if you'd like! Please note that for the first month you will be required to come in full-time 8am-5pm.
