Job Description:

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced HR Generalist to join our team. As an HR Generalist, you will play a key role in supporting our employees and ensuring that our company maintains a positive and productive work environment.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Implementing HR policies and procedures in compliance with local regulations.

2. Managing the recruitment and selection process, including posting job openings, screening resumes, and conducting interviews.

3. Administering employee benefits and ensuring compliance with company policies.

4. Handling employee relations issues and resolving conflicts in a timely and professional manner.

5. Providing guidance and support to employees on HR-related matters, including performance management and career development.

6. Assisting in the development and implementation of training programs for employees.

7. Maintaining accurate HR records and documentation.

8. Collaborating with management to identify and address HR needs and challenges.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related business field

- Proven experience as an HR Generalist or similar role in a fast-paced environment (5 years preferred)

- Knowledge of HR laws and regulations

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities

- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion
