The Division of Human Resources is accepting applications to fill the role of Human Resources Generalist.

The Human Resources Generalist (HR Generalist) will serve on a service team within the Division of Human Resources providing direct support to a set of assigned colleges and divisions within the University. The HR Generalist plays a crucial role on the Service Team by reviewing, approving, and providing support for cross-functional HR actions. This position prioritizes service to customer units by providing guidance and assistance to HR contacts, management, and employees regarding HR actions within the scope of this position. The HR Generalist as resource and peer leader to HR Contacts to ensure they are strengthening knowledge of HR processes, procedures, and applicable regulations/laws.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree and 1 or more years of experience, which may be substituted by equivalent combination of certification, training, education, and/or experience.
