In this role, you will be responsible for managing and developing relationships and identifying opportunities for our growing organization.

Responsibilities

• Manage existing relationships and foster new business and client relationships through consistent communication with key decision makers and influencers, including prospective owners, developers, boards of directors, trustees, property managers, architects, etc.
• Actively research, identify, develop, and track project opportunities in defined target market sectors.
• Creating short- and long-term objectives to meet business needs.
• Participating in industry events, tradeshows, and associations to support the execution of business development plans and goals.
• Have an existing client database and look forward to tracking new business opportunities, ensuring a continuous healthy pipeline of opportunities.

Qualifications

• Experience in business development within the project management, construction, architecture, facilities planning, and/or other owner’s representation arena.
• Bachelor’s degree required.
• 5 years of experience in a business development role.
• Existing network of contacts in New England target markets.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong presentation skills.
• Propensity to think creatively and strategically.
• Ability to work independently with a team player attitude.
• Strong computer skills (Microsoft Office, CRM…etc.).
• Track record of being reliable, efficient, and driven to ensure utmost client satisfaction.
