Our targeted clients: hotels , restaurants, nursing homes, hospitals, schools·Establish, develop, and maintain positive business and customer relationships·Perform cost-benefit and needs analysis of existing/potential customers to meet their needs·Expedite the resolution of customer problems and complaints to maximize satisfaction·Achieve agreed-upon sales targets and outcomes within the schedule·Coordinate sales effort with team members and other departments and continuously improve business development/sales flow through feedback·Analyze customer needs, industry trends, sales status, competitor activities and new potentialsRecruit and supervise junior sales employees to achieve team performanceQualificationsPrior work experience within the hotel industry is considered s a plus (direct connection with hotel owners preferred)2-5 year's experience as a Business Development or Account Executive Excellent communication and group work skillsPrioritizing, time management, and organizational skillsAbility to create and deliver presentations tailored to the audience’s needsRelationship management skills and openness to feedbackDiligent and hard-working through critical challengesAdditional InformationAll your information will be kept confidential according to EEO guidelines.
