Ultimate Staffing is looking for a customer service representative with at least 1 year of experience in an office environment. Please apply ASAP as this is an IMMEDIATE need on the west side of Houston.
Duties:
- Handle inbound and outbound calls with great customer service skills
- Document activity
- Resolve customer issues with deliveries, sales orders, and product info
- Facilitate information between various groups and departments
Qualifications:
- Excellent written and oral communication skills
- Experience with customer service call flows and scripts
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
