Who we are 
The Human Resources team is responsible for organizational inclusion and diversity practices, employee engagement and culture, talent acquisition, staff development, compensation and benefits, employment policy and compliance. The team supports around two hundred fifty employees between two companies, or about one hundred fifty FTEs. The quality of the employees, combined with the quality of the organizational culture, drive ClarkLindsey’s future success. What you'll do 
    The Director of Human Resources is a full-time, exempt position. 
    Translate ClarkLindsey’s strategic and business plans into HR strategic and operational plans
    Position ClarkLindsey as an employer of choice
    Evaluate and advise on long range plans to impact the attraction, motivation and retention of a high quality team, such as inclusion practices, leadership quality, total rewards, effective communication, professional growth, and engagement
    Serve as a resource to the employees and leadership in all aspects of the employment relationship
    Lead and develop the HR team, under the direction of the VP of People and Culture, including an assistant director and talent acquisition manager, plus an administrative support specialist
    Ensure that ClarkLindsey’s employment policies and practices reflect the ethical, compliant and quality standards that residents expect for their home

    Who you are 

    Genuine interest in working with older adults
    The DHR must be an energetic, engaging, and collaborative leader with at least ten years of experience, preferably in a healthcare environment.
    SPHR and/or SHRM-SCP certification
    Demonstrated success in DEI efforts, retention strategy, team culture, HRIS optimization (especially UKG/Kronos) , talent acquisition, talent management
    Works effectively in groups and develops key relationships across all departments
    Applies deep human resources knowledge to engage staff and resolve challenges
    Demonstrates great attention to detail , creativity, communication and problem solving
    A top performer with a great attitude
