We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Part time Shampoo Assistant to join our salon team. As a Shampoo Assistant, you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional customer service and support to our clients. You will assist with various salon tasks and ensure a clean and organized environment for both staff and customers.

```Duties:```
- Shampooing and conditioning clients' hair
- Assisting stylists with hair treatments and services
- Maintaining cleanliness and sanitation of salon tools, equipment, and workstations
- Greeting clients and providing excellent customer service
- Assisting with front desk duties, such as answering phone calls, scheduling appointments, and processing payments
- Providing support to stylists during color applications, hair extensions, and other salon services
- Keeping track of inventory and restocking salon products as needed
- Following salon policies and procedures to ensure a safe and professional environment

```Skills:```
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively with clients
- Knowledge of hair care products, color theory, and hair extensions
- Familiarity with salon software for scheduling appointments and managing client information
- Basic understanding of retail math for processing payments and handling cash transactions
- Ability to maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards in accordance with industry regulations
- Excellent organizational skills to keep track of inventory and restock salon products
- Experience or willingness to learn hair threading techniques is a plus
- Ability to work well in a team environment and assist stylists as needed
