Executive Assistant
THIS POSITION REPORTS TO: Cabe Chadick, Owner of CCR Equities & Michael Rubin, Founder & CEO of Gratia Equity Partners
DIRECT REPORTS: No supervisory activities.
Job Tasks
Administrative & Executive Assistant Tasks
· Direct assistance and servicing primarily business of Michael Rubin;
· Undertake general MS Office activities;
· Schedule meetings with business partners and clients:
· Sending and receiving non-disclosure/non-circumvent agreements and confidential financial information for the company’s execution and processing:
· Phone calls to personal & business contacts to accomplish tasks and goals;
· Photocopying and scanning as required;
· Keep all personal and business information confidential;
· Help accomplish financial objectives;
Family matter assistance
· Assist/coordinate activities with family.
Ad-hoc assistance with matters pertaining to private equity and M&A advisory business.
Qualifications, Education and/or Experience
Extremely strong organization and management skills;
Flexibility to work at home office site location (Lewisville, Texas) on occasion or two possible other office locations (North Dallas/Addison or Frisco, TX) the rest of the time.
Able to work as effectively remotely.
Possess flexibility and adaptability to manage changing work requirements & varying work volume;
Ability to prioritize tasks given in order of importance
Detail-oriented self-starter with excellent time management skills
Work well under pressure
Eager to tackle new projects and ideas
Resourceful, can-do attitude
Ability to negotiate with outside parties;
Current driver’s license and reliable transportation to home office, other businesses, and properties within an hour’s drive;
Strong communication, interpersonal, project and organizational skills;
5 or more years proven small business management, property management, and/or executive assistant experience;
Demonstrated experience with MS Word, MS Excel and related programs;
Hour and Compensation
The position’s compensation is hourly and is expected to be part-time (e.g. 25-40 hours per week). The hourly compensation will depend on skills and experience and will range from $20.00-$35.00.
