About the Role:

As our HR Manager, you'll be at the forefront of shaping our company culture and ensuring the success of our team members. You'll oversee all aspects of HR operations, from recruitment and onboarding to performance management and beyond. Your strategic insights and hands-on approach will drive our HR initiatives forward, making a tangible impact on the growth and development of our organization.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead and inspire our HR team, providing guidance and direction to ensure seamless operations. 
  • Develop and implement innovative HR strategies to attract, retain, and develop top talent. 
  • Oversee compensation programs and ensure they remain competitive and equitable. 
  • Drive the development and implementation of personnel policies and procedures to foster a positive work environment, maintain the employee handbooks.
  • Aid PEO in benefit administration to include coordinating and following up with claims resolution. 
  • Manage benefit renewal process and work directly with PEO on product rollouts. 
  • Manage the full employee lifecycle, from onboarding to offboarding, with professionalism and efficiency. 
  • Conduct HR investigations, mediations, and disciplinary actions with tact and diplomacy. 
  • Work with PEO to stay current on HR regulations and requirements, ensuring compliance. 
  • Work together with cross-functional teams to promote a culture of collaboration and inclusivity. 
  • Facilitate and oversee training programs to enhance the skills and capabilities of our workforce. Process semi-monthly payrolls for all companies.

Requirements:

  • 5 years of experience in HR management
  • Strong communication and presentation skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Suite and HRIS software systems.
  • Experience working with multiple companies and platforms.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  • Proven leadership and supervisory skills.
  • Excellent problem-solving abilities.
  • Self-starter and self-motivated.
  • Customer service-oriented mindset.
  • Ability to work effectively with executives and employees at all levels.
  • Must be able to maintain confidence and protect operations by keeping human resource information confidential.
