WHO WE'RE LOOKING FOR
The Executive Assistant provides technical and administrative support to the Chief Administrator Transit Police/Chief of Police Transit Police. This role is responsible for providing administrative support in the development of programs, policies, and procedures for CapMetro and the Transit Police department, will interact with the public and employees from other departments in person, telephone, or other communication devices, and proactively manage daily components for the Chief Administrator/Chief of Police. The Executive Assistant will also perform a variety of administrative and office tasks, as well as a variety of specific duties to ensure service group objectives are achieved efficiently and deadlines are met. This position will require handling of confidential and law enforcement sensitive information for CapMetro.
