Overview:
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to join our Private Security Administration Team. The ideal candidate will have experience in the security field administration or as an office receptionist/admin. This position requires strong typing skills, excellent customer support abilities, and computer literacy. As an Administrative Assistant, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to ensure efficient operation of the office and its daily duties/upkeep.
Duties:
- Greet and assist visitors, employees, and clients in a professional and friendly manner
- Answer phone calls, take messages, and direct calls to appropriate individuals
- Perform data entry tasks accurately and efficiently
- Manage front desk activities such as scheduling appointments, maintaining calendars, and coordinating meetings with Human Resources.
- Assist with order entry and inventory management.
- Coordinate event planning and logistics.
- Assist Human Resources with Payroll and Document related items.
- Prepare and proofread documents, reports, and correspondence.
- Maintain filing systems and ensure proper organization of documents.
- Provide general administrative support to staff members as needed.
- Complete provided tasks in a timely manner.
Requirements:
- Previous experience in an office or as an admin/receptionist is preferred
- Strong computer literacy with proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Excellent typing skills with a high level of accuracy.
- Drivers License & Transportation.
- Exceptional customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively both verbally and in writing
- Proven ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality of sensitive information.
