About the role

As a Business Development Executive, you’ll be part of a growing Corporate team selling into leading agencies and B2C brands across industries. Your focus will be on securing new and scalable business opportunities through a consultative-selling approach and proposing strategic solutions that focus on the issues crucial to the client’s future and performance. Your responsibilities will cover the entire end-to-end sales cycle, from prospecting and discovery to proposal writing and closing deals.

The day-to-day

  • Meet quarterly and annual sales targets by converting inbound leads and generating new opportunities in defined verticals
  • Proactively discovering new opportunities to enter into your target market
  • Generating leads, building and managing your sales pipeline
  • Managing the sales process end-to-end - from pitching to trialing to closing
  • Employing a curious mindset to incoming consultancy briefs, whilst learning the full consultative sales cycle
  • Writing proposals, negotiating contracts and closing deals
  • Building and maintaining relationships with prospective clients
  • Work in close conjunction with adjacent functions such as Consultancy, Membership Services, Analyst and Product teams to exchange knowledge, improve and build new solutions

Joining our close-knit strategically minded sales team, you’ll be fully immersed from the start and develop your own profile among communications agencies, media owners and brands. Articulate and confident, whilst building relationships with prospects by understanding their challenges and offering solutions both face-to-face and remotely. As a quick learner, we offer full autonomy and continued support in identifying new opportunities for growth.
