As the Office Assistant, you will have the opportunity to collaborate with the Site Administrator, and office and clinical teams to contribute to that mission. These passionate team members will depend on you to organize and support the agency's office and clerical functions and to be a reliable go-to problem solver.

On an average day, you will

  • Answer phones and greet office guests
  • Support leaders with onboarding, orientation, and ongoing training & development for clinical and administrative team members
  • And perform additional, related duties as needed

Qualifications


Qualifications/Desired Skills

  • Are passionate about providing the best possible care to patients and their families
  • Excited at the idea of doing work that makes a difference while enjoying the perks of a great work/life balance
  • Have at least 1 year of administrative support experience work experience, preferably in the healthcare/hospice industry
  • Are proficient in Microsoft Office, have the ability to type 45 words per minute, and have excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Love being the go-to person in the organization
  • And are ready to take the next big step in your career
