We are seeking a HR Assistant/Admin person to join our team. The ideal candidate should feel comfortable completing the following duties and possess necessary requirements to fulfill this role

Duties:
Assisting with day to day operations of the HR functions and duties

Providing clerical and administrative support to Human Resources Director

Payroll processing via ADP

Compling and updating employee records

Review resumes, onboarding process

Consolidate the benefit insurance invoices

Flexible and adaptable to change

Full time and Part time positions available

Requirements:

• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
• Experience with processing payroll in ADP is a big plus
