Job Responsibilities:

• Answers and routes agency phone calls, takes messages.
• Scanning, Faxing.
• Scheduling.
• Tracking medical records for signed physician orders.
• Clerical tasks.

Qualifications:

• Organized, Reliable, Team player
• Excellent computer skills required
• Proficiency with Microsoft office applications: Excel, Word, Power Point and Outlook
• Deadline and detail-oriented

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $23.00 per hour
