ABOUT THIS ROLE
We seek an experienced Director, Human Resources with outstanding people skills reporting directly to the Head of Human Resources to ensure our HR programs and initiatives are effective, efficient, and aligned with overall business objectives. The role will be primarily responsible for supporting both the strategy and vision and managing the day-to-day tactical operations in our newly consolidated, small and hands-on HR group. You must be excited by helping to build, scale, improve, and innovate a newly consolidated HR team. This role supports a growing network of 8 entities. Additionally, the HR Director will oversee all aspects of payroll operations, systems, and reporting to optimize human resources processes and decision-making and ensure compliance with regulations.
