TEMP 2 MONTH CONTRACT ROLE | IN OFFICE
Boulo Solutions is helping a Birmingham based Commercial Real Estate hire a 2month contract Administrative Assistant to join their team. They are looking for a utility player to help multiple people in the office with their various duties. Candidate is needed to start asap so only apply if you can start week of April15.
Hours: 8-5pm
Location: Near 280/459 intersection
Rate: $20/hour
Duties

• Data entry
• Collection calls to tenants if needed just as follow up
• Email correspondance
• Answering phones
• Various duties as asked from team members
