Responsibilities:
- Provide high-level administrative support to executives
- Manage and maintain executives' schedules, appointments, and travel arrangements
- Coordinate and organize meetings, conferences, and events
- Prepare and transcribe correspondence, memos, meeting minutes, and other documents
- Conduct research and compile data for reports and presentations
- Assist with project coordination and follow-up on action items
- Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information and documents
- Handle incoming calls and inquiries with professionalism and excellent phone etiquette
- Manage executive's email inbox and respond to or redirect messages as necessary
Experience:
- Proven experience as an executive assistant or similar role
- Strong Project Management Experience
- Strong clerical skills, including typing, filing, and record keeping
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Outlook Calendar
- Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously with attention to detail
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
