As the Assistant Executive Director of this community, you will be responsible for the daily operations of the Assisted Living Program/Personal Care Home in accordance with State regulations. Assists Executive Director with oversight of development and enforcement of all facility policies.

Requirements:

Bachelors degree preferred; certification as PCHA, CALA or LNHA as required by state.

Must be proficient in oral and written communication.

Knowledge of Microsoft office including Word, Excel and PowerPoint.

Strong skills in customer service, hospitality, marketing and planning.

Maintains a safe work environment and exhibits safe work practices.

Works weekends and holidays as directed. On call 24 hours.
