ABOUT THE JOB:

The Human Resource Manager will play a key role in developing and implementing HR strategies to support our company’s goals and objectives. This position will report directly to the Company Owner and participate in employee relations, performance management, benefits administration, and compliance with labor and law and regulations.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

• Administer and assist in the development and implementation of personnel policies and procedures.
• Oversee benefits administration to ensure accuracy and timeliness in benefits delivery.
• Create consistent HR forms and processes for seamless documentation.
• Manage all benefit enrollments, changes, and terminations for health insurance and 401(k).
• Handles employee relations.
• Oversee 401k and input enrollment changes, this includes all Open Enrollment.
• Process turnover reports and reports for owner.

QUALIFICATION:

Minimum Required Qualifications:

• At least 5 years of HR experience
• Bachelor’s degree, Human Resources, Business Administration, or other related fields.
• Strong understanding of Labor Laws and employment standards
• Mastery of all Microsoft products
• Excellent interpersonal and communications skills, with the ability to engage at all levels of the organization.

Pay: $60,000.00 - $70,000.00 per year
