Starting with Valley Hospital Medical Center in 1979, the Valley Health System has grown to include Centennial Hills Hospital Medical Center, Spring Valley Hospital Medical Center, Summerlin Hospital Medical Center and Henderson Hospital, Valley Health Specialty.

Job Description: Designs, plans, and implements corporate compensation programs, policies, and procedures. Responsible for achieving organization's desired position in market and compensation goals, and conducting or participating in surveys. Manages and oversees the organization's HRIS (Human Resources Information Systems). Develops, implements, and modifies system requirements. Maintains internal database files and tables, and develops custom reports to meet the requirements of company management and staff. 

Qualifications

Education: Four year college degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration or other applicable degree program. An equivalent amount of work experience may be substituted for
four-year degree.

Experience: Five (5) years experience in Human Resources compensation and HRIS management. Experience with a union presence preferable. Two (2) years supervisory experience preferred,

HR Business Partner experience.

Technical Skills: Computer proficiency to include word processing, spreadsheet, database, and HRIS.

Other: Demonstrated knowledge of Federal and State laws as they apply to compensation and human resources.
