My client, a prominent law firm, is seeking a Payroll Manager to add to their team. The firm has a footprint in over 30 different states and is made up of over 1,000 attorneys. This position will sit on the finance team, reporting into the Director of Finance, and have a dotted line to HR. The Payroll Manager will be responsible for processing payroll for 2,000 employees, while overseeing a team of 2, with the hopes on growing the team in the near future. This position can be hybrid or remote with the option to sit in one of they're many NY offices.
The ideal candidate must have:
- Multi-state payroll experience
- Expertise in UKG/UltiPro preferred
- Strong process improvement skills
- Managerial experience
