Summary:

As the second largest bail bonds company in California, we are currently seeking a Production Support in our San Jose, Los Angeles, Santa Ana, and San Diego office. The ideal candidate should have 2-3 years of clerical experience in typing, customer service, answer phones, taking payments, MS Office, and other administrative paperwork assigned by management.

Requirements:

- Heavy phone experience and outstanding interpersonal skills

- Excellent phone manner

- Ability to work flexible hours (evening and night shift a plus)

- Must be Bi-lingual in Spanish

- Proficient in MS office and clerical duties

- Clean criminal record (must be cleared by FBI/DOJ background check)

- Attention to Details

- Strong sense of urgency around problem resolution and ability to escalate effectively towards resolution

Duties and Responsibilities:

-Assist in processing bail bonds

- Heavy phones and making contact with co-signer of bonds

- Collecting bail bond payments

- Typing

- Other projects assigned by senior management
