Open 7-days a week, our facility offers an arcade of games, bocce ball, bouncy houses, wall climbing, cornhole, darts, pizza, sushi, tapas, a vast beer wall and so much more.
We are looking for a Customer Service Representative to provide friendly, responsive service to create an exceptional dining and entertainment experience for all guests to work in our restaurant in the Sports Plex Building. Our Customer Service Representatives act as a team to take on roles such as cashiers, food runners, bussers, and guest experience ambassadors. They will remain upbeat, energetic, and professional for the entirety of their shift. This individual will have some customer service experience and have strong, calm, professional demeanor when speaking with guests. They will serve as a resource for customers, players, members with questions about the company policies, programs, or services. They will refer any questions about facilities’ access to the relevant manager.
