Job Overview:
We are seeking a friendly and customer-oriented individual to join our team as a Customer Service Representative. As a Customer Service Representative, you will play a crucial role in providing excellent service to our customers and ensuring their satisfaction. This position is located in San Jose at the Corporate offices..

Duties:

- Assist customers with their inquiries, orders, and concerns
- Take and process customer orders accurately and efficiently
- Provide product recommendations and information to customers
- Handle customer complaints or issues in a professional and timely manner
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the customer service area
- Collaborate with other team members to ensure smooth operations

Support of Other Positions as needed.

Requirements:
- Previous experience in customer service is preferred
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
- Basic math skills for handling cash transactions
- Knowledge of the Environmental Testing industry plus
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to handle difficult situations with patience and professionalism
