CTT, a Kratos' company, is looking for a Customer Service Manager to work onsite at their San Jose location. This position may require the ability to obtain security clearance.

GENERAL JOB SUMMARY:
Provides leadership and direction for the delivery of pre- and post-sales services and support to clients/customers. Manages, perhaps through subordinate supervisors, the coordination of the activities of a section or department with responsibility for results, including costs, methods and staffing.
SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITY:
This position has direct supervisory responsibilities.
Required Experience:
EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:
Requires a minimum of 5 years of related experience with a Bachelor's degree; or a minimum of 3 years and a Master's degree; or a minimum of 9 years of equivalent work experience.
TRAVEL REQUIREMENTS: Yes, if applicable.
