Job Overview:
We seek a motivated and results-driven Inside Sales Representative to join our team specializing in Automotive Exhaust and Emission Parts. As an Inside Sales Representative, you will generate leads, contact potential customers, and close sales orders over the phone. This is a terrific opportunity for someone who enjoys building customer relationships and has a passion for sales.
Duties:
- Conduct telemarketing activities to generate leads and identify potential customers
- Make warm calls to existing sales routes, interact with customers, and make sales.
- Communicate effectively with customers to understand their needs and provide appropriate solutions.
- Utilize sales techniques to negotiate and close sales deals
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activities in our CRM software
- Collaborate with the outside sales team to achieve sales targets and contribute to overall company growth
- Stay updated on industry trends, market conditions, and competitors' offerings
Qualifications:
- Automotive Exhaust & Emission experience is a significant plus.
- Bilingual and proficient in (English/Spanish) is very desirable.
- Proven experience in inside sales
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Strong negotiation and persuasion abilities
- Ability to build rapport with customers and establish long-term relationships
- Proficiency in using CRM software and other sales tools
- Strong customer service orientation
