We are seeking ambitious, energetic, full-time, and part-time Customer Service Representatives that are looking to begin or advance their career.

ATM Solutions, Inc (ASI) is a privately owned, dynamic, growing ATM service provider offering an inclusive, caring work environment.
We are looking for self-motivated, entrepreneurial employees who like working with little supervision and oversight, while providing industry leading service.
We pride ourselves in providing a great work life balance. Monday Friday schedules with occasional Saturday opportunities and overtime after 40 hours.
Salary : $17.00 to $23 hr.
Customer Service Representative Essential Functions :
Take customer calls and provide accurate, satisfactory answers to their queries and concerns
De-escalate situations involving dissatisfied customers, offering assistance and support
Guide callers through troubleshooting, navigating the company site or using the products or services
Review customer or client accounts, providing updates and information about billing, shipping, warranties, and other account items
Collaborate with other call center professionals to improve customer service
Experience with Microsoft Suite
Strong communication, both written and verbal
Great active listening skills
Exceptional interpersonal and rapport building skills
A patient and empathetic attitude
Strong time management and organizational skills
Adaptability and flexibility
Comfortable working in fast-paced environments
Troubleshooting skills, either basic or advanced
Computer literacy
Phone skills, including familiarity with complex or multi-line phone systems
In-depth knowledge of a company’s products and / or services
Expertise in the customer service area they focus in, such as accounts, technical support, or another area
Customer Service Representative Skills and Attributes :
High School Diploma / GED required
Associates / Bachelors is preferred
1-2 years of customer service experience in a business environment or equivalent combination of education and experience preferred.
Effective verbal / written communication skills in carrying out job duties with various departments and levels of management.
Ability to handle both independent and group tasks.
