My client is currently hiring for a Customer Service role with growth opportunity!
Qualifications to Apply:
Must be analytical and have proven problem-solving skills
Able to multitask within a fast-paced environment.
Experience using the computer and telephone
Must have a positive attitude, with a focus on teamwork.
Job Description:
Complete daily freight check-ins and notate any damage or shortages.
Clerical work: data entry, scanning and filing
Make outbound phone calls to schedule deliveries and pickups
Ensure all emails and inbound phone calls are answered promptly and professionally
Keep shipments up to date with our system and customer portals
Track and trace freight and drivers
Assist drivers throughout the day
Process driver paperwork
Monitor dispatch board to ensure all drivers are on schedule
Notify customers of any delivery delays/issues
Process outbound paperwork/ensure freight is packed and dropped by deadline.
