Customer Service Representative

Position Type: Full-time

Key Responsibilities:

• Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and live chat in a timely and professional manner.
• Assist customers with product information, order status, shipping details, and other inquiries.
• Process orders, returns, and exchanges accurately and efficiently.
• Resolve customer complaints and issues effectively, escalating as needed to ensure customer satisfaction.
• Maintain a positive, empathetic, and patient attitude toward customers at all times.
• Collaborate with other departments to address customer needs and improve overall customer experience.
• Update customer accounts and records with accurate information.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent; Associate's or Bachelor's degree preferred.
• Previous customer service experience in a retail, hospitality, or call center environment is a plus.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
• Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn and adapt to new processes and procedures.
