This role is part of a team of Learning & Development Managers that create and execute people development programs and solutions across the organization. Key areas of focus include leadership skills, people manager capabilities, career progression pathways, and enterprise development tools for teams in both our manufacturing plants and corporate. This is a highly-visible role, providing trusted partnership for people development solutions across the business. Success in this role will come from strong business acumen, expert training and train-the-trainer skills, the ability to match solutions to people and business needs, and natural savvy as a consulting partner to leaders.
