We are seeking a Human Resources professional to provide guidance with all aspects of Human Resource operations.
The ideal candidate must be able to exercise independent judgement to handle multiple priorities, be detail-oriented, curious, and possess problem-solving and analytical skills. To succeed in the role, candidates should have strong communication and organization skills and be a cooperative team member willing to advance the goals of Arrowstreet. This position will report and be directed by the Chief Operations Officer.
The selected candidate will be responsible for setting, administering, and evaluating legally compliant human resources policies, procedures, and best practices. You will help identify and implement long-range strategic talent management goals. This flexible hybrid position will support company culture helping the firm to evolve and support the future of work.
