Call Center located in Downtown Manhattan is seeking experienced Helpdesk Call Center Representatives.
Description:
Helpdesk call center reps will be responsible for but not including:
- Professional handling incoming calls with courtesy and following guidelines and scripts,
- Logging information in computer system,
- Adhering to call policies and procedures, including limiting hold times and handling calls within a specific time frame.
- Assisting callers with technical troubleshooting as needed,
- Escalating calls when necessary to management,
Requirements
- 1-2 or more years of call center experience.
- Technical support experience such as password resets and basic trouble shooting.
- Strong work history.
- Flexibility to work different shifts including nights and weekends.
Long term temp assignment. Health Insurance available after two months PTO accrual based on NYC law, 401K available immediately.
