AppleOne is Hiring a Bilingual Customer Service Representative - Tempe, AZ Near Tempe, AZ

Hiring Bilingual Customer Service Representatives for a Large Financial Services Company in the U.S. This is a hybrid role based in Tempe, AZ.
• Location: Tempe, AZ 85281
• Pay rate: $21.76
• Shift: Between 8 am-6 pm
• Workdays: Monday- Friday with a monthly Saturday rotation.
• Work mode: Hybrid.
• Anticipated duration: 6 Months with possible extension/ conversion.
Job Overview:
You will play a vital role in supporting our customer service initiatives while actively seeking opportunities to enhance our processes. This role involves performing moderately complex customer support tasks, interacting with clients in both English and Spanish and collaborating with internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery.
Key Responsibilities:
• Provide outstanding customer service to clients in both English and Spanish, addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly and professionally.
• Proactively identify opportunities for process improvement and contribute to enhancing efficiency and customer satisfaction.
• Receive direction from supervisors and escalate non-routine questions or issues as necessary to ensure timely resolution.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to obtain and communicate relevant information to clients.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions using designated systems and tools.
Required Qualifications:
• 2 years of experience in customer service, financial services, or contact center support, or equivalent.
• Proficiency in both English and Spanish, with excellent verbal and written communication skills in both languages.
• Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to effectively interact with clients from diverse backgrounds.
• Demonstrated ability to handle moderately complex customer inquiries and resolve issues in a timely and efficient manner.
Additional Skills:
• Experience in inbound and outbound customer service activities.
• Sales experience or aptitude.
• Ability to adapt to a fast-paced and dynamic work environment.
