TEKsystems is Hiring a Remote Call Center Representative

Bilingual (Cantonese) Remote Medical Transportation Agent

An opportunity to work with New York’s most established nonemergency medical transportation organizations to support their customer support department. In this organization, there are many transition opportunities for upward mobility and professional growth from the very first day while remaining in a REMOTE work setting. Many openings for a class start on March 21st, and offers are made upon application if applicant(s) match qualifications. Work Model: Remote

Pay Rate: $19.00/HR

Schedule: Monday – Friday

Shift: Morning shifts available, flexible!

7:30 am - 4:00 pm

8:00 am - 4:30 pm

8:30 am - 5:00 pm

8:45 am - 5:15 pm

9:00 am - 5:30 pm

9:30 am - 6:00 pm

Job Description:

  • Serve customers by scheduling and authorizing requests for non-emergency Medicaid transportation
  • Maintain Medicaid enrollee’s records by updating account information
  • Take client messages and schedule Medical transportation per protocol
  • Provide timely feedback to the company regarding service failures and/or customer concerns
  • Display excellent customer service skills

Qualifications:

  • Must be 100% bilingual in Cantonese and English (Written and Verbal)
  • Must be able to communicate effectively in English and Cantonese
  • Remote position but MUST reside in the state of New York
  • Excellent customer service skills
  • Computer skills
  • Minimum education – High school diploma
